MR. Naresh Chander Oberoi
Chairman and Managing DirectorNaresh Chander Oberoi is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He is one of our Promoters, and has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. He was last re-appointed as our Chairman and Managing Director with effect from April 1, 2016. He has over 38 years of experience in the power generating set industry. He continues to be associated with our Company and with PSSPL as a shareholder and a director.
MR. Bharat Oberoi
Joint Managing DirectorBharat Naresh Oberoi is the Joint Managing Director of our Company. He is one of our Promoters, and has been associated with our Company since 1994. He was first appointed as the Joint Managing Director with effect from November 1, 2003 and was last re-appointed on April 1, 2016. He has over 22 years of experience in marketing in the power generating set industry. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with PSSPL as a director, and continues to be a director on its board of directors.
MS. RENU NARESH OBEROI
Executive DirectorRenu Naresh Oberoi is a Whole Time Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since 2012. She has been associated with our wind division specifically for over six years. She was appointed as a Whole Time Director with effect from March 20, 2017. She holds a diploma in fashion designing from London College of Fashion.
MR. PRADEEP GUPTA
Executive DirectorPradeep Gupta is a Whole Time Director of our Company. He joined our Company as Vice-President (Corporate Affairs) in 2004. Currently, he has been appointed as a Whole Time Director of our Company with effect from September 2, 2016. He holds a bachelor’s degree in textile technology from Maharishi Dayanand University. He has worked in various capacities as Advisor, Head – Wind Energy and Chief Executive Officer with our Company. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Eastern Spinning Mills and Industries Limited as a professional director.
MR. Maheswar Sahu
Independent DirectorMaheswar Sahu is an Independent Director of our Company. He was first appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from May 24, 2018. He holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Regional Engineering College, Rourkee and a master’s degree in development administration from the University of Birmingham, U.K. He is a 1980 batch Indian Administrative Services Officer of Gujarat Cadre. He has been associated with various government companies. Currently he is a member of governing body of Gujarat CSR Authority, an initiative of Government of Gujarat and chairman of GIFT SEZ.
MR. Udaya Jena
Independent DirectorMr. Udaya Jena is an Independent Director of our Company with effect from 24th June 2022. He holds a post graduate degree in Economics from Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is a seasoned Banker having more than 3 decades of experience in various capacities in State Bank of India and Societe Generale. His areas of expertise span from Retail & Corporate Banking to Treasury & Risk management.
Mr. Sunil Lobo
Independent DirectorMr. Sunil Lobo is an Independent Director of our Company. He is appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 27 th June, 2024. He is MBA in finance from K J Somaiya Institute of Management & Research. He has been in the Banking Sector for almost 3 decades. He was earlier with BNP Paribas as a Director and Head – Corporate Coverage, West. As Senior Banker, he has handled Corporate and Investment banking over the years. Currently he Heads the Corporate Banking business for Doha Bank in India.
