NARESH CHANDER OBEROI, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company, has been associated with the Company since its inception. He has 40 years of experience in genset industry. Prior to joining this Company, he was associated with Powerica Sales & Services Private Limited and continues to be associated with them.

BHARAT OBEROI, Joint Managing Director of Company has been associated with the Company since 1994. He holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from University of Bombay and has 16 years of experience in marketing gensets. He is also on the board of Powerica Sales & Services Private Limited.

RAJAT OBEROI, Joint Managing Director (Wind & Renewable Energy Division) has been associated with our Company as a Whole-Time Director since 2006. He holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from University of Bombay. He has 14 years of experience in the manufacturing of control panels for gensets and in development and marketing of heavy fuel oil genset business in association with MAN. He continues to be on the board of Powerica Sales & Services to be on the board of Powerica Sales & Services Private Limited.

KHARATI RAM PURI, Executive Director of our Company, has been associated with our Company since inception and was re-appointed as a Whole-Time Director of our Company with effect from April 1, 2011. He holds a bachelors degree in Arts. He has over four decades of experience in power generating set industry and managing business enterprises. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated and is still with Powerica Sales & Services Private Limited.

NAINESH JAISINGH, a Non –Executive and Non-independent director of our Company, has been associated with our Company since October 1, 2007, when he was appointed as a director of our Company pursuant to the provisions of the SCPE Shareholders Agreement. He holds a bachelors degree (honours) in Technology from Institute of Technology, Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi and a masters degree in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 19 years of experience in financial services and has worked in various fields such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, structured finance, corporate advisory and commercial banking roles in South East Asia and India.

Mukul Nag, an alternate director to Nainesh Jaisingh, has been associated with our Company since July 30, 2010 when he was appointed as an alternate director of our Company pursuant to the provisions of the SCPE Shareholders Agreement. He holds a bachelors degree (honours) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani and a masters degree in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 16 years of experience in financial services and has worked in various fields such as investment banking, corporate advisory and private equity in India.

DINESH KUMAR, an independent Director of our Company, has been associated as an independent director with our Company since June 25, 2009, when he was appointed as the director of our Company. He holds a graduation degree from National Defence Academy and a post graduation degree from Military studies from Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. He has 17 year of experience in electrical equipments. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Trident Powercraft Private Limited as its Chairman.

GHANSHYAM DASS, an Independent Director of our Company, has been associated with our Company as an independent director since February 10, 2011, when he was appointed as the director of our Company. He holds a graduation degree with honours in Economics from Delhi University and a post graduation degree in Linguistics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he holds the position of the senior advisor with KPMG. Prior to joining KPMG, he was associated with Asia Pacific, NASDAQ OMX as the Managing Director.

KRISHEN DEV, an Independent Director of our Company, has been associated with our Company since February 10, 2011 as in independent director. He holds a graduation degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Century Enka Limited.

Prakash Y. Gurav has been appointed as an Independent Director from 3rd July, 2012. Prakash Y. Gurav holds Masters Degree in Commerce and is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant. He is a Sr.Vice President (Corp Finance – Accts & Taxation) of Tata Motors Limited, a listed Company. He has extensive experience of 34 years in Capital Goods and Automobile industries.

Prem Kumar Khurana has been appointed as an Independent Director from 3rd July, 2012. Prem Kumar Khurana holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees. He has extensive experience and expertise in business management. He is chairman and Managing Director of Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited, a listed Company, which enjoys market leadership in the domestic and favorable position in international markets.
